You are right that the features are slightly different. The Xoom2/XYBoard has a built-in IR blaster, while Dijit on the Galaxy S2 and other devices work with the Griffin Beacon. The Beacon hardware can function as a learning remote, which means that it has a sensor to learn buttons from your existing remote controls. The built-in hardware on the Xoom 2 does not support learning and uses a bit of a different process to get the remote codes for your devices.

If you're having trouble controlling one of your devices, I'd suggest you post the brand and model number here and let us know what isn't working.

I've just bought a XOOM 2 ME and test dijit, the software base is good but obviously the database is not so big.
My Benq w500 projector works, my windows 7 usb it receiver too but lack of fonctions.
I understand that the tablet don't have a build-in receiver as the Harmony 525 but we need somehow be able to add new fonctions.

Hi I'm having trouble with my LaCie Mini HD Connect. (Mediaplayer)

Most controls are working, but not the stop-button.
Also the OK/select button is missing.
Could you please add this to your database?

I'm having trouble with the Dijit program after the ICS-update on my Xoom 2.
I can add and save a device, but when i restart/reboot my Xoom 2 it will forget all saved devices again.
What sould i do?
